It is a pleasure to write a recommendation for Blue Ridge Homes. They have just completed work on my cabin in Timberline, a few miles east of Bozeman. While living in Maryland I was looking for a high quality builder, who would provide at reasonable cost a home with minimal oversight. Blue Ridge exceeded these goals, and delivered a very high quality product.
From my perspective the fact that Richard is willing to take care of all those little details, such as getting permits, was a major plus. These are the things that can make it very difficult for a person from a distant state to deal with.
We started a design and after a couple of faxes came up with what proved to be an excellent plan. Periodic photos of the progress provided instant feedback. Richard was careful to check on details before proceeding.
Now the property is complete Richard and his wife Carolyn are still there to help. For a modest cost Carolyn is looking after the property while I am away and also now renting it out as a vacation home. What an amazing husband and wife team!
In short I am very pleased with my new vacation home, and strongly recommend Richard and Carolyn to prospective customers. You cannot go wrong!
