"Richard and Carolyn were wonderful to work with. I was a first time home builder and have heard horror stories about building. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and made the building process go very smoothly. They were both receptive to the changes and ideas I had, were very organized, and energetic. The subcontractors they used were excellent and held Richard in high regards as a builder. I also hold both Richard and Carolyn in the highest regards for their work and who they are personally.
